At Dezynworx we specialize in both the filming and editing of our own footage as well as the editing of footage supplied by the client who is looking for a professionally edited end product of their own raw footage. We specialize in all outdoor related audio visual work, we pride ourselves in focusing on every last detail to make your finished product exceeds your expectations. We can construct anything from a 5 minute promotional video, to full length features depending on the quality and duration of the video footage taken or supplied.

We offer a filming service to clients who would prefer have us come out and take care of the camera work, thus allowing themselves to focus on what needs to be done. When it comes to the actual filming, we have had many years of experience, so have a keen understanding of requirements. We endeavour to keep out of the way as much as is possible without negatively impacting on the footage. We focus not only on the overall project but also concentrate on getting all the finer details one wouldn't usually expect. After filming your project we go back and sift through and edit the footage and put together a completed product with text, sound and effects etc. A preview is supplied to the client for perusal, affording the opportunity to request any changes that might be required for the final copy.

 

We ensure that we make use of the latest and best editing programs available as well as filming with a Drone, ensuring a highly professional finished product.

 

Drone photography/videography is also available for property surveying, property real estate construction etc.

PRODUCTION RATES INCLUDE:

• Full services of Videographer with digital High Definition video and all other necessary equipment.

• Services of experienced editor and their edit suite equipment

• The first copy of the edited video in DVD format or ‘Blu-ray’ (if requested)

 

PRODUCTION RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

• Any travel costs for the videographer to and from the destination.

• Any accommodation or meal costs for the videographer during the period of travel to and from the destination, and whilst at the destination.

• Extra copies of the finished product over and above the copies included in the quotation.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Due to videographer services being booked and confirmed in advance, the following rules apply:

• Cancellations prior to 90 days before booking, will incur an fee of 10% of the Production Rate plus any costs (if any)

• Cancellations made within 60 days of the booking, will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the Production Rate plus any costs (if any)

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the Production Rate plus any costs (if any).

• Cancellations made within 15 days of the booking will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the Production Rate and refunds (if any) will be restricted to any costs which may be recovered on cancellation.

 

A deposit is payable based on 50% of the Production Rate plus the fully quoted travel cost.  The balance of the Production Rate and costs (if any) are payable together in full on depature from destination.
